Predictive machine monitoring
Wireless sensors track vibration and temperature around the clock. When something changes, your team gets an alert with the probable cause and what to do.
Installation
The sensor is mounted on the machine and starts measuring right away. In a single day, the team installs sensors on every selected machine.
The first days
Every machine has its own behavior. Synchroone's AI learns that behavior and compares each new reading against it.
Tuesday, 11:18
The reading crossed the alert limit in the middle of the shift. The notification reached the phone of the person responsible for the machine.
The cause
NOAH, Synchroone's digital reliability engineer, analyzes the signal and delivers the cause, the evidence and the next step.
The action
The work order opens with the diagnosis. The technician carries out the intervention and records what was done by speaking into the phone.
The result
After the intervention, vibration returned to normal and the team confirmed the result.
Probable Cause
Lack of lubrication on the motor side
Evidence
Next Step
Check the lubrication before replacing any part.
NOAH proposes. The team confirms.

Your plant
Drag the machines, connect one to the next, and the production line takes shape.
The sensors light up on the layout. The machine that needs attention stands out right away.
Click a machine to see its condition, latest readings and sensor, without leaving the plant view.
The sensors talk directly to Synchroone's communication device. No cables, and no use of the plant network.
Pick a machine and see what stops with it and what keeps running.
The inspection route goes machine by machine, in the right order, with what to check at each stop.
Every machine monitored, the signal coming in from each one, and the team seeing everything on the same screen.

Your digital reliability engineer
NOAH, your digital reliability engineer, understands questions about your machine, written the way you write them.
Sensor readings, the failure library, the manufacturer's manual and the machine's history, in seconds.
The answer explains what is happening, whether it can wait and the steps of the intervention, with the source of each piece of information.

NOAH at Work
How it starts
What happens inside them only shows when something breaks.
No wires, no cables, no construction work. The first reading comes in shortly after, and production keeps running.
Within a few days, it knows how each one behaves and sets the right limits for it, with no manual setup.
When one moves away from normal, the team gets an alert with the probable cause and what to do.
In the asset tree, every machine sits in its place: the area, the sector, the machine and the equipment.
One click on the asset shows its condition, latest readings and measuring points, along with its type, manufacturer and model.
Monitored machines
Motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, mills and much more. For each type, Synchroone already knows which defects to look for in the signal.
